-Brief job description:
Coordination and taking minutes of meeting with senior’s management plus maintain effective diary management, including the co-ordination of meetings and appointments and the provision of a schedule of activities.

*Making complete files with all data & documents related to customers
*Provides administrative assistance to office staff.
*Handling all incoming & outgoing faxes & e-mails.
*Preparing all data sheets (promotional offers, internal memos and letters)
*Following up clients and solving problems.
Supervising and maintaining the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff.
*Implement and maintaining procedures/office administrative system.
*Delegating tasks to junior employees.
*Organizing induction programs for new employees.

Gender : Females
Temp Job for 5 months only
Experience from 1 to 2 years
