Procurement officer at Azza Fahmy Jewellery
Location: 6th of October (meeting point transportations are provided)
Main Responsibilities:

– Manage and update the vendor list; and evaluate the vendors through set KPIs
– Search for new vendors according to business needs
– Execute the all company’s procurement through department representatives
– Conduct random vendor visits and follow up phone calls to audit procurement transactions
– Effectively log and analyze procurement transactions with vendors
– Manage admin. Contracts in terms of accurate renewals and monthly payments in light of the logged penalties

competencies and qualifications:

– very good Ms Excel, analysis
– Administration Skills, Vendor list Management, supervision skills, market awareness, payment and shipment knowledge, negotiation skills
– Experience in procurement is preferred
