Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain applications using Java technologies.
-Design and develop software solutions with the focus on quality, stability and performance.
-Work closely with other teams to build and scale web applications and back-end services.
-Operate with an entrepreneurial attitude of passion and intensity for reaching best solutions within the provided limits of scope, time, and budget and finding ways to reduce all three while getting the same or better results.
-Supervise and mentor software engineers with team leader coordination.
-Assign work to team members, clarify tasks, and communicate expected results.
Requirements:
-Strong analytical and organizational skills.
-Effective problem solving and decision making skills.
-Solid communication skills.
-A good team player.
-Ability to work under stress.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
-Minimum 4 years of experience.
-Good command of English.
-Experience with Big Data technologies is a plus.
