Sourcing Team (Contact Group) is seeking to hire an Engineer II.He / She will be responsible for our contact Database which is used in all our communications with our suppliers (very urgent/critical task), and manage phone calls between US and Egypt.
Required skills:
• 3-5 years’ Experience in Customer Support Function.
• Native-Like English Skills.
• Excellent Microsoft tools office suite.
• Experience in business emails writing / Calls.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred skills:
• Knowledge of other languages (French, Germany, and Chinese) is preferred.
• Knowledge of using Software Tools is preferred.
• Engineering Background is Preferred.
• Experience in a dynamic international environment is preferred.
