Description:
– Record and post accounts receivables journal entries.
– Update and maintain aging report.
– Follow up on overdue balances with clients and co-ordinate AR settlements with sales and collection teams.
– Complete billing documents and calculates credit terms, discounts, shipment charges and rates for goods/ services and sends billing invoices to the sales department on a daily basis.
– Record received payments/deposits, review and update aged receivables records for unpaid balances.
– Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
– Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
– Prepare invoices and coding payment documents.
– Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
– Process backup reports after data entry.
– Maintain listing of accounts receivable.
– Maintain the general ledger.
– Ensure cash receipts, claims, or unpaid invoices are accounted for properly.
– Calculate and enter charges for interest, refunds, or related items.
– Produce account statements or other related reports.
– Other tasks might be added.

Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Advanced Excel
-Construction/Industrial Field background.
– SCALA/Microsoft Dynamics background.

Education major: Accounting
Experience: 1 – 2 Years.
