★ JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Direct the overall sales operations in assigned area of responsibility
2. Achieve sales target with specified gross margin contribution.
3. Present and sell both Gibson boards & U.P.V.C Pips to potential clients.

4. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
5. Identify resale opportunities, and support them to achieve sales plans.
6. Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with potential clients
7. Handling difficult customers and their complaints
8. Prepare presentations for clients & attend when needed

★ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office
– Languages : Good command in both written and spoken English

★ OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent communication skills especially presentation skills
2. Ability to learn new tasks quickly
3. Self motivated 4. Creative thinking
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Ability to work individually or as an active team member
7. Presentable
8. Ability to build excellent relations with others quickly
