Sales Supervisor – Pharma
Job Description:
1.Implements overall sales strategy of assigned pharmacy distributors and areas.

2.Achieves sales volume and value targets by Month, Quarter & Year. 3.Develops & executes trade marketing initiatives in co-ordination with department head.
4.Generates daily and monthly status reports regarding the overall sales achievements and the competitor activities.
5.Increases the company’s market share by opening new markets. 6.Handles the entire sales team at the pharmacy distributor.
7.Follows up on the money collection process.
8.Manages the stock of the distributor and his branches.
9.Establishes and maintains good contact with the Pharmacy distributor. 10.Updates customer details of the different areas.
11.Travels to the branches of the pharmacy distributor with the sales team regularly.
12.Ensures proper on time implementation and execution of sales campaigns / promotional activities.

Experience in sales, preferably with FMCG Company or in a related pharmaceutical business. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Very good analytical skills. •Ability to manage a team. •A team player and customer oriented employee.
