Job Description (Main Responsibilities)
The candidate’s primary tasks will be:
– reading, monitoring and responding to the principal’s email,
– answering calls and handling queries,
– preparing correspondence on the principal’s behalf,
– commissioning work on the principal’s behalf,
– booking meetings,
– organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries and events,
– writing minutes,
– attending events/meetings as the principal’s representative,
– conducting research on the internet,
– writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters,
– preparing presentations,
– preparing papers for meetings,
– managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
– managing projects,
–
Qualifications:
• Gender: Female
• University degree generally required preferred Engineering graduate .
• Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic
• Construction background is a must
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Years of Experience: 2-5 years’

Salary: negotiable
