A leading multinational company is currently hiring Call Center Consultants for US & Australian accounts
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled.
* Create, manage and update database profiles.
* Promote and sell the company’s products, different offers and discounts.
* Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.

Job Requirements:
* Work Experience from 1 to 3 years.
* Fluency of spoken & written English is a must.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Ability to work in night & overnight shifts.
* Graduates only can apply (Bachelor Degree).
