Datacom Engineer No. of Openings required:3
• Works as Datacom customer support engineer CSE in Egypt Technical Assistance Center (Egypt TAC).
• Handle Customer Requests related to Datacom Product Line.
• Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Egypt TAC workflow and regulations.
• Accept Customer Request, Respond & resolve them effectively according to SLA.
• Working in shifts and 24*7 environment if needed.
• If assigned, participate in Projects and acceptance testing Inside and outside Egypt.
• Participate in meetings, Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of Datacom Product line.
• If assigned, provide Technical Supervision or tutoring for staff.Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others) – 1-3 years experience in related field.- Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering.- Fluent of French reading and writing.(Preferred)- Excellent Communication Skills- High ability of fast learning and practice.- Good team work- Good attitude and self motivated.- Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience. – Ability to work under pressure.- Ability to travel and work in 24* 7 shifts-Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different- Familiar with dynamic routing protocols (RIP, OSPF , ISIS , and BGP). – Familiar with QoS principles- Familiar with VPN technologies (GRE , IPSEC )-Familiar with MPLS technologies (MPLS LDP , MPLS TE , BGP MPLS VPN , L2VPN )- Familiar with of Network Services and Features (DHCP , NAT, NTP, SNMP, and AAA) – Familiar with PPP, PPPoE and RADIUS Protocols.-Can speak Arabic and Enlish.

• If assigned, provide Technical Supervision or tutoring for staff.Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others) – 1-3 years experience in related field.- Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering.- Fluent of French reading and writing.(preferred)- Excellent Communication Skills- High ability of fast learning and practice.- Good team work- Good attitude and self motivated.- Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience. – Ability to work under pressure.- Ability to travel and work in 24* 7 shifts-Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different-Have working experience on Servers and prefer having technique certification or training from ORACLE,IBM, INFORMIX, and RED HAT.-Have good knowledge and experience on Server, and be familiar with Linux/Solaris/Unix OS and operation.-Good practice and experience on Storage, can understand RAID technique and EMC/VERITAS software well.-Have IP network knowledge. CCNA/HCDA, CCNP/HCDP qualification or equivalent and above is preferred.-Can speak Arabic and Enlish.
