J&T Express- Giza branch is hiring “HR Recruitment Specialist”

Job responsibilities:
1、 Advertisement release, maintenance and update
2、 Resume collection and screening
3、 Interview arrangement and assessment
4、 Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report;
5、 Responsible for the establishment of enterprise talent pool, resume management and information confidentiality

Job Qualification:
1、 bachelor’s degree
2、 More than 1 year practical experience in recruitment
3、 Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking and skills, excellent communication skills
4、 good English and Microsoft office
