Establish recruiting requirements by studying and planning for the organization’s business plan and work proactively to fill all vacant positions.
Requirements:
– From 3 to 4 years of experience in the retail or home appliances field is preferred.
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Can handle mass hiring.
– Good background in all HR functions.
– Fluent in English.
– Excellent Communication & negotiation skills.
– Organized and detail-oriented.
– Self-motivated and can handle multiple tasks.
– Males or females.
– Maximum age 30 years.
– Work Location: New Cairo
