Flowtex Egypt is Hiring a Secretary;
1. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
2. Maintain inventory of assets, supplies & revise submitted invoices.
3. Develop and maintain a filing system.
4. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
5. Make travel arrangements.
6. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, presentations & interviews.
7. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
8. Sending and receiving international and local couriers.
9. Comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree from a respectable university.
• Proven work experience from 3 to 5 years as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Good communication Skills.
• Good English Language.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Organized, disciplined, and can work under pressure.
Work location in Mohandessin
Working Days: from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
