Responsibilities:
– Responsible of the on boarding presentations for new comers.
– Create on boarding packages for new employees.
– Create the announce emails for all new employees.
– Create El Hazel magazine and update its activities on quarterly bases.
– Handle all El Hazek Events & presentations.
– Prepare strategic communication plan for company, by creating annual plan for the local events.
– Suggest Social responsibility programs.
– Create the internal communication annual budget.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any related field
– Microsoft Office full suit, ZOOM, Skype and other conference meeting apps.
– Organized, Hard Worker, creative
– 1:3 years of experience
– English Language skills: Excellent / Very Good
– Average physical abilities Standing or Walking.
– Solving Complex Problem
-Excellent Communication, Negotiation skills, work under pressure and Leader ship skills.
