*Responsibilities:
• Receive, direct and reply telephone messages, E-mail and fax messages.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference.
• Record and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up with concerned parties to ensure the implementation for these minutes.
• Provide administrative services for Direct manager ensure that administrative work is maintained effectively, up to date and accurate manner
• Responsible for travel arrangements including( airline ticket and hotel reservations )
• Review company documents to ensure that documents are valid; follow up with concerned parties to update these documents.
*Job Specifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree business administration, or any related degree.
• (2+) years’ experience in administrative field.
• Gender : Female
• Age (Years): Mix 30 Yrs
• Very Good English, verbal / written communication
• Excellent in M.S Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in documentation & Follow up
*Job Information:
• Job Type: Full time. Working Hours 9:00 am. – 5:00 pm. Friday & Saturday off.
• Salary: Good Competitive Salary as per market industry range.
