Job requirements :
-Bachelor degree of any discipline
-Excellent command of English is a must
-Customer service background is a must
Job responsibilities :
– build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth
– provide client support and handle client communications effectively
– maintain existing clients and generate new clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals
– ensure that clients requests are handled timely and accurately
– maintain up to date knowledge about company products and services
– handling all the communications tools with the clients.
