InstaShop is a multinational fast growing startup based in Dubai. It is an online marketplace that connects people with nearby outlets for fast deliveries, Pioneering the new era of Quick Commerce (Q-commerce) the next generation of E-commerce.
We are looking for talented, startup oriented calibers to fill the position of “Talent Specialist”
Main Responsibilities:
– Source, evaluate and streamline talents for different open positions
– Create and maintain a database of top talents for future positions
– Monitor the industry, identify and recommend HR best practices to implement
– Provide decision support to HR Director through HR metrics
Requirements:
– Fluent command of English
– 1 – 3 years of recruitment & selection experience
– Excellent knowledge of MS office
