Community Manager jobs at Edugram October 2020

We are looking to hire a Community Manager to help lead the strategy and execution of our own social media communities. This is a key role at Edugram, as it’s vital that the company connects to its customers and help them take informative decisions!

Job responsibilities:
• Work with the social media team to generate social content that will drive communications and build communities.
• Start and engage in discussions with our audience on Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn community, and other emerging platforms.
• Develop strong relationships and connections with our audience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Plan social content and maintain a content calendar for Facebook groups, mainly.
• Continuously monitor and moderate new posts, comments, and members added to the community with them team.
• Monitor the live videos on our social media channels.
• Monitor and manage the social media moderators.
• Analyze community engagement to measure ROI (Return on Investment)
• Present a periodic community report.
• Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Quickly evaluate and test new community platforms.

Requirements:
• Have a previous experience as a social media moderator (at least 1 year)
• Have an experience in community building esp. through Facebook groups.
• Ability to lead a team and take initiatives.
• Have passion for social media.
• Excellent organization, communication and time management skills.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z.
• Deep understanding of brand voice and brand tone.
• A social media expert with up to date knowledge of all platform trends and creative best practices, especially for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in social media
• Ability to be self-directed and operate in an entrepreneurial environment that can be ambiguous and continuously evolving
• Experience using social media analytics tool
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Conditions:
– Graduates only
– weekly hours: 40 hours, 2 days weekend
– Place: Obour City, transportation is available.
– Salary: 4000:5000 EGP
