Operations Manager jobs at Khazna July 2020

We are looking for an Operations Manager focused on placing the operational building blocks for our early venture fintech startup Khazna. This is an extremely challenging role that will allow you to work alongside world-class professionals to solve for Financial Inclusion. The role will allow you to own development of operational processes to scale, build analytical dashboards to drive strategic insights, supporting product operations of our different product offerings amongst many other things.

You will be working closely with the founding team, reporting to the Head of Operations, to build the first venture of its kind in Egypt. The company is led by a team with over 30 years of combined global experience in finance, corporate strategy and technology. Furthermore, the company has also closed an initial round of funding from leading local and international fintech funds and investors.

What you’ll do

• Own operationalizing multiple products, starting from building workflows and developing the internal and external processes that allow us to tick
• Develop & action user experimentation frameworks by using frameworks such as AB Testing
• Drive analytical insights through deep dives and dashboard development
• Build operational frameworks for acquiring different business segments
• Manage and prioritize development of internal tools that allows Khazna Operations to scale

What you need

• 3+ years of Experience preferably in Tech Ops, Finance, Engineering or Consulting
• Solid Analytical Skills, with SQL / Python Knowledge a plus
• Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
• Knack for identifying bottlenecks and quickly relieving them
• Strong stakeholder management skills – i.e. have previously worked with internal and external stakeholders
