Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the CEO’s calendar, timings, meetings internally and externally as well as all of his business and personal trips including visa issuance and flight tickets.
• Reporting directly to the CEO.
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
Requirements:
• Excellent command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
• Presentable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Discipline & Organization Skills.
• Eye for details to deliver the best quality.
• Openness & responsiveness to Feedback.
• Problem solving mentality.
• Perceives admin as the field they want to continue in.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
