Purchasing Specialist Vacancy in a multinational company:
Job Description:
-Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
-Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries ,services with suppliers, and shipments details /shipping docs for foreign .
-Choosing the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions with foreign clearance, and freight carriers companies regularly to optimize benefit and reduce cost.
-Obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
Following a strict budget and keeping records of all the transactions
-Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers.
Monitoring and expediting orders, and Following up the shipping docs from banks and arranging them to be sent to the clearance person in the Foreign.
Job Requirements:
-Males Only .
-2-3 Years of Experience .
-Zayed , 6th of October , Haram or Mohandesen residents Only .
-Up to 30 years Max. 32 years.
-SAP users are preferable.
-Car Licence is a Must .
-Very Good in English .
-Negotiation Skills .
-Ability to represent .
-Presentable .
