– Acting as a point of contact for all incoming telephone inquiries and personal callers (Answer telephone, take messages, transfer calls and provide information to other departments upon request) ( In English )
– Writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents figure heavily in an executive assistant’s day.
– Outstanding organizational and time management

-1+ years of full time experience in administration and secretary ( Preferred )

-Take dictation, minutes, and input data accurately
