Quality assurance is needed for (INSUTECH) – International Company for Insulation Technology with the following requirements:
– B.Sc of Science
– Diploma in TQM_ ISO_ six sigma_ lean manufacturing
– Experience from 3-5
– Proficiency in using Microsoft office specially Excel
– Perfect emailing skills
– Very strong communication skills
Job Description:
Prepare, Schedule, and implement the annual internal and external audits.
Dealing with customers’ complaints to Measure and improve customers’ satisfaction.
Break down problems to determine its cause roots and ensure to close them.
Collect, compile and present statistical quality data.
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor risk management activities.
Handle and maintain all QA and management system documentations.
Perform other duties as assigned. job requirements
Working hours: 7:30 am : 4:30 pm
Working days: 5 days per week from Sunday to Thursday
Location: 10th of Ramadan city
