A regional company is seeking to hire finance director.
Job Summary
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
1- Develop and update all company financial policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of financial and accounting activities in order to achieve company strategies and objectives.
2- Ensure that the division vision and objectives are in line with those of the company and that objectives set for the division contribute to the overall objectives.
3- Supervise the implementation of the division’s set plans.
4- Administer the financial management and the risk management processes at the company.
5- Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position.
6- Manage the cash flow incoming and outgoing of the company.
7- Participate in deciding on the financial and business viability of new and existing projects and programs.
Education, Experience:
B.A. in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Master degree or CMA, CPA Certification.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in a construction company.
