Logistics corporation seeking to hire “HSE Supervisor “with following requirement
• Maintains HSE policies application and ensure of its Accordance with OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Execution and conformity to immediate and on site operational requirements
• Inspect and Remove any unsafe conditions during operations.
• Responsible for investigation of all operation incidents, accident, and Near Miss during operation activities and report to authorized party with outcomes.
• Develop preventive actions, risk identification & opportunities’ to avoid operation break downs and ensure of its running smoothly.
• Able to guide, train , coach operation staff and build tool box talk methodology and , deliver it to all operation layers
• Troubleshoot any HSE negative aspects and remove any obstacles that may arise during operation
• Ensures Implementation of HSE operation work instruction
• Ensures that customer complaints regarding safety are being solved on the spot; and keeps track/record of the cause and works on insuring safe working condition.
• Responsible raising operation staff awareness and guide them to avoid unexpected events.
