Required for Egyptian Shareholding Company ( Fast growing home appliances factory).
Seeking to hire: Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
•Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
•Responsible for recruitment for White & Blue collars.
•Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents.
•Handle the on boarding of new employees.
•Handle the resignation of existing employees and their proper and on-time replacement.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree (Preferred Business Administration/Commerce /Law).
– Experience: Factory background is a must.
– Gender: Female only can apply.
– Age: 25-30
-High communication and interpersonal skills.
– Have the ability to deal with a different type of people.
Located in: 06 October City, Giza.
Working Conditions:
