About the Job
-Welcomes the guests.
-Answer phone calls and guide guests to what they need.
-Coordinate between guests and the concerned employee.
-Following up the drivers routs and their attendance and adherence to the schedules.
-Supervising the company cleanliness and the office boy attendance, making sure he/she comes and leaves on time and his/her performance in the assigned duties.
-Doing some secretarial tasks like creating needed documents using MS Word, Excel sheets, copying, scanning & archiving documents when asked for … etc.
-Any other assigned tasks or duties.
Job Requirements
-B.Sc. degree any related field is a must.
-Females only.
-From 0 to 2 years of experience.
-Good command of written and spoken English.
-Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
