About the Job
  • Great persons entering the company to determine the nature and the purpose of the visit and direct them to the specific destination to ensure smooth work operations.
  • Receive incoming calls to the Head Office land line & direct the call to the concerned person after checking with him if he will receive the call now or not.
  • Make the necessary operations on the photocopier and ensure that regular maintenance is done in coordination with the concerned section.
  • Answer telephones and use fax to assist employees ensuring smooth working operations and to guide different internal or external customers.
  • Receive courier to be sent from head office to branches / vice versa & make the pickup order with the courier company.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment section all the interviews and ensure that the applicants filled the Job application.
  • Reserve head office meeting room after receiving reservation request by mail and coordinate the whole operation in line with Training Section Head.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Job Requirements
  • University degree in any discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in reception or relevant experience.
  • Good command of English language spoken and written.
  • Very good user of Microsoft office.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Very Good organization and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
