Job Description:
Documenting and filing financial records physically and digitally
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending procedures.
Preparing month end invoices and arranging collection of the due receivables
Supporting customers in accounting reconciliation by sharing detailed
statements of account and resolving their concerns.
Clear understanding of the local taxes, in particular Value Added Tax
Handling petty cash funds and ensuring the payment needs of the Company are met without causing any operational issues.
Job Requirements:
A finance graduate or holding a professional certification in Accounting
Fluency in English is a MUST
Well versed with the advance functions in MS. Excel
Detail Oriented, Structured thinking & organizational skills
Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of relevant IT systems
