Payroll Supervisor is urgently required for a Medical laboratories
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Lead Payroll operations, gather all payroll related data to prepare and manage payroll processes of employees.
– Submit payroll sheets and reports on time to the related departments.
– Calculate the monthly salary, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
-Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data and update all databases.
-Prepare and update employment records related to hiring.
– Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations.
Requirements:
-Proven Work Experience: 4 + years of experience in Payroll.
-Bachelor degree’s Holder.
-Egyptian law good awareness.
-Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
-Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (Payroll system) and databases.
-Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
-Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
