HR Generalist Jobs at Americana January 2020

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and quick-learner “HR Generalist” for an Americana BU in 6 of October.

He/she will be responsible for:
– handling and coordinating the unit’s recruitment activities in FMCG or Food and Beverage corporates (screening and interviewing the candidates both white and blue collars)
– he/she will be also involved in the training and performance activities.

Requirements:
3 – 5 years of experience in an FMCG HR function.
Experience in Recruitment is a MUST – Experience in training and performance is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Strong ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Strong attention to details.
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
Good PowerPoint and excel skills.

October or Zayed Residents are preferred.
