El Nahar for Medical Solutions, one of the leading companies in the audiology and hearing medical field is currently hiring Devices Medical Engineers according to the below Job Description and Requirements.

Job Description:

• Responding to breakdowns related to medical devices & equipment
• Accurate checking, repairing and servicing medical devices & equipment
• Following up/responding to external maintenance queries (out – door maintenance)
• Regular maintenance of engineering equipment
• Ensuring that equipment run smoothly and reliably
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Shift and ‘on-call’ work may be required, particularly where Medical equipment is set
• Submitting periodic reports on maintenance tasks
• Following up maintenance contracts and activate new ones
• Following up with the customers after the repair process to check the device’s efficiency
• Coordinating and following up with the stakeholders in different departments (internally and externally)
• Attending all meetings and training scheduled by the company
• Meet maintenance department’s objectives and KPIs

General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering in medical, electronic , electrical, communications , science or ؛equivalent in similar specialization
• Efficiency and organization skills
• Good practical and technical skills
• Relevant technical knowledge skills
• Fresh grade /or experienced (from 1:3 years)
• Good command of English language
• Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
• Good time management ,planning and multi-tasking skills
• Good objection handling and problem solving skills
• Good computer skills
• Team work Skills
• Good Stakeholders management skills
