• Organize, coordinate and plan company events as conferences, workshops, convoys, campaigns…..
• Follow up with the advertising agencies for the marketing materials design, production, and execution.
• Working with the marketing head in the implementation of the marketing plans for all brands and all markets in which our company is operating.
• Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head.
• Communicate with all the vendors aboard to propose/discuss any marketing activity.
• Design & develop collateral materials, artworks, visuals…etc.
• Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally.
• Prepare market/customer surveys, analyze the data, and communicate results.
• Attend all meetings and trainings scheduled by the company.
• Meet marketing department’s objectives and KPIs.
Job requirements:
• Proven Experience in the Marketing field (from 1 to 3 years).
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent computer skills.
• Creativity and Problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Time management skills.
• Excellent communications skills
• Good Stakeholders management skills.
