Royal Herbs hiring now OD Sr.Specialist will be responsible for: –
• Research and compile information on entity’s organizational system and structure
• Survey employees and management on subjects such as work environment, skills, relationships with others in organization and job satisfaction
• Identify types, sources and causes of dysfunction, conflicts and gaps in skills of personnel
• Review descriptions of job duties and qualifications for positions
• Participate in creating systems and define criteria for evaluating performance of employees, management, departments and systems
• Modify organizational charts and revise descriptions of job positions and duties
Job Requirements:
• Experience 3:6 years in OD, 2 Years min. in FM CG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Visio .
• Work Location: Nearby El-haram
• Preferred Males
• HR Certificate or Diploma
