Smart Furniture is now hiring HR Personnel Specialist

Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor Degree [Business Administration, or equivalent]
· Male [30 years old is Max. age]
· Cairo resident [Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo are preferred]
· 1-2 years of Personnel experience [with proven practical experience]
· Very good common of English language.
· High Microsoft Office skills.
· High Presentation and Communication skills.
· High Problem Solving, and Planning skills.
· Ownership, and Handling skills.
· Able to accept Diversity and Change.
· Able to deal with Blue and White collars.
· Able to work in 10th of Ramadan City.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the hiring process [signing contracts, filling and applying form #1, #2, #6]
· Handle the labor law office and social insurance issues and inquires.
· Control the files of the employees.
· Make the monthly attendance reports and send them to the payroll team.
· Deal with the internal system for submitting the vacations and attendance.
· Handle the governmental medical insurance issues and inquires.
