Position Required:Service Quality Improvement Officer.

Main Job Duties:
-Identify & implement improvement methods for existing business processes and procedures.
-Provide quality measurements through different tools to enhance business processes and SLAs
– 1-3 years of Banking experience in the same field is a must.
-Good communication & presentation skills.
-Team player with sound problem solving and critical thinking skills.
-Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is preferred.
