Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting all Quality control results / process, chemical analysis, Suppliers Evaluations & Non- conformance, daily defect report, soap overweight and calibration etc.
- Follow-up all inputs & outputs of raw material and finished goods products.
- Responsible for the consumption calculation to create the bill of materials
- Responsible for analyzing customer complaints to develop preventative actions
- Responsible for gathering the export countries requirement and ensure that the product matching with customer requirement
- Create the technical drawings for all new products & revise the new artworks
- Must have a solid understanding of audit principles, procedures, and methods, and be able to apply those in order to execute an audit effectively
Desired Education, skills and Knowledge
- BSc. degree from an accredited university in Chemical Engineering or Science Major Chemistry
- 5 to 7 years of working experience in Quality management with exposure to performing quality control/ quality assurance tasks in
a Manufacturing environment
- Master of TQM and/or quality certifications are an asset
- Excellent knowledge of ISO standards
- Excellent knowledge of statistical process control and statistical analysis
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to adapt to changing demands of production from customers and team member issues
- Ability to effectively manage a team of quality inspectors to achieve shared and personal goals
