About the Job:
Human Resources Manager will identify, develop and deploy HR strategies designed to attract, manage, develop, and motivate key talent while creating a high performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives and action plans.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- MBA Holder
- Minimum of 5 years HR management experience
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to design and make strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
