About the job :
– GoodsMart is on the hunt for client advocates to join our CRM team. We offer our beloved client’s access to order their daily household needs through its smart app & receive it unattended through our GoodsMart box
– This is a great opportunity if you care deeply, genuinely and passionately about client support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful
– Our CRM team is the most important channel in delivering our brand promise to our beloved clients who depend on us for getting almost everything their family needs on daily basis
Job Requirements
– Experience needed from 0 to 2 years
– Salary 5,000 EGP per month PLUS 20% KPIs
– Ability to multitask and stay organized
– Problem solving skills
– Great communication skills
– Friendly behavior and empathetic to client’s requests
– Bachelor degree of any discipline
– Fluent in English is a must
– Customer service back group is preferred
