Responsibilities for Clinic Manager
• Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic maximize productivity and meet objectives.
• Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
• Examine and resolve complaints received from staff, visitors, patients and therapists.
• Oversees daily clinic operation ensuring quality services are provided to all patients
• Improve staff – patient interactions through patient satisfaction tools.
• Measures and analyzes clinic metric on a quarterly basis (cancellation rate, number of new patients, number of visits/patient and treatment duration
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Business administration
3-4 years’ experience in management esp. in the medical field
