Recruitment Manager is required for one of the Top Construction companies in Egypt.
He will be in charge for planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition, manpower planning, Organization Structures and recruitment processes and strategies for tens of Mega complex infrastructure, Roads and Building construction projects all over Egypt.
This position will be reporting to General Manager Human Resources.
Qualifications :
– 10-15 Years of experience with minimum 5 years in managerial role.
– Construction / Engineering previous experience is an add value.
– HR Diploma or MBA ia a must.
– Excellent command of English Language.
– Excellent Communication, Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
– Excellent usage for MS-Office and Visio.
