1- “Blue Collar Recruiter” with below criteria:
– Expand recruitment sources especially in blue collar.
– Posting jobs and collect data.
– Conduct phone and face to face interviews.
– Arrange with managers for technical interviews.
– Conduct exit interviews and make analysis of turnover rate.
– Make job offers for accepted candidates and keep in touch with them till receiving the job.
– Make any reports related to recruitment in case of need.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment specially in blue collar.
Construction background.
2- “Senior Payroll Specialist”
– Perform daily payroll department operations.
– Follow up employees’ fingerprint and manual attendance.
– Calculate the monthly payroll sheet.
– Finalize the payroll process with the finance dept.
– Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
– Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
Job Requirements
BSC in any related field.
Experience from 5 to 7 years.
Very good in Excel.
