About the Job
- Responsible for all the branches in his area.
- Responsible for the management of the area of sales activities according to the instruction from the head.
- Area staff management and assessment.
- Visit all company branches on regular basis to provide guidance and support to the local teams.
- Achieve sales targets through a team of district managers, supervisors, and medical representatives.
- Conduct regular meetings with the branch managers and supervisors to assess the performance of the staff provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
- Master degree of clinical pathology
- Bachelor of Vet and Master Degree or PH.D
- Bachelor of science and PH.D
