BossAl-AWAEL for international trade fairs & exhibitions and conferences organizer would like to announce the current vacancy: Chairman Assistant

Gender: Female Only
Location: El Maadi, Cairo
Day off: Friday & Saturday
Working hours: 9 a.m.-6p.m.

What you will do:
1- Ensuring the smooth running of the office activities on a day – to – day basis.
2- Take meeting minutes at any meeting.
3- Manage a filing system whether computerized or manual.
4- Managing administrative work and correspondence.
5- Answering phone calls, taking messages, directing calls as appropriate to the concerned personnel or department and providing information to clients and other departments upon request.
6- Following up on customers’ orders.
7- Greet and welcome visitors and answering or referring their inquiries to the concerned department.
8- Replying or making local and international mails or calls on behalf of the chairman if needed in a professional way to have successful achievements.
9- Creating and managing any needed database.
10- Acting as data entry when needed.

Job Requirements:
1- 2-3 years of experience in this field
2- Good appearance
3- Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role
4- Excellent in MS Office (Word – Excel –Outlook)
5-Excellent in both spoken and written English language
6- Excellent organizational and time management skills
7- Excellent Communication skills
8- Efficient and able to work under stress in a friendly and dynamic environment
9- Ability to meet deadlines
10-required typing speed
