This position is in Delivery Hero’s Central Team in Egypt. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, innovative and good at getting things done.
Your mission:
- Leading the central marketing teams operations in Egypt. Team consist of two marketing analysts with ambition to grow
- Ensuring each team adhere to deadlines and be the point of contact between the teams in Berlin and Egypt.
- Ensure an efficient setup is achieved and work on process improvements to reduce missed deadlines and uphold a very high quality of output.
- Performance management of all team members including but not restricted to 1:1’s, feedback session, disciplinary actions, hiring, performance reviews etc.
- You are the person ultimately responsible for the success of the team.
- Deliver recurring tasks weekly and monthly across International Marketing, Performance Marketing, Supply Management and Brand disciplines
Job Requirements
Your heroic skills:
- At least +2 years of experience in an global company operating multiple brands managing small to medium sized teams with a total 4 or 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in process improvements and ideally experience with handling different projects at once and stakeholders
- Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data visualization
- Hands on and get things done attitude: be ready to manage constantly developing requirements. Essentially you need to be prepared to adopt to frequent new requirements
- Comfortable working in multi-cultural, fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly analytical
- High focus on output being of the highest standard.
- You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
