• Maintain the contact list
• Greats visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Maintain safe and clean reception area and office generally
• Photocopying & Printing & Scanning and faxing
• Typing general materials and entering data
• Provide administrative support for office staff


• Suitable bachelor degree
• Presentable and good looking & has communication skills
• Good command of English
• 1 year experience in secretarial position, working in an office setting
• Excellent user of Microsoft office
