Qualified candidates will have the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 3-years experience as senior manager, deputy senior manager, head of division/department in banks, microfinance companies, finance or other business establishments.
• Good understanding of banking or microfinance credit business.
• Experience with developing, getting top management approval and implementing strategies, plans, business plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, team player skills.
• Result driven and result oriented.
