Tracking different supply’s KPIs, analyzing them on regular basis, measuring and looking into factors affecting those KPIs

• Monitoring high demand areas and design push factors to incentive supply availability
• Analyzing captain economics and ensure the health of captain pricing
• Regularly running cohort analysis for captains with different activity levels, tracking change in performance and coming up with plan to enhance performance of different segment.
• Data Modeling for supply planning process and budgeting
• Running and assessing different growth experiments and building playbooks of best supply practice
• Work on a cross-functional supply growth team that is responsible for driving captain performance through monitoring, experimentation and prototyping
• Using SQL queries to gather required data from the database to use them in your day to day analyses
