About the Job
Tracking different supply’s KPIs, analyzing them on regular basis, measuring and looking into factors affecting those KPIs
- Monitoring high demand areas and design push factors to incentive supply availability
- Analyzing captain economics and ensure the health of captain pricing
- Regularly running cohort analysis for captains with different activity levels, tracking change in performance and coming up with plan to enhance performance of different segment.
- Data Modeling for supply planning process and budgeting
- Running and assessing different growth experiments and building playbooks of best supply practice
- Work on a cross-functional supply growth team that is responsible for driving captain performance through monitoring, experimentation and prototyping
- Using SQL queries to gather required data from the database to use them in your day to day analyses
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Have a degree from an accredited university, preferably in BI, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Critical thinking and complex problem solving
- Good at data analytics and love making value out of data
- Comfortable writing scripts to automate data and reporting processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- SQL is required
- R or Python is a plus
