job Description
1-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
2-Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
3-Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards.
4-Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
5-Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
6-Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews.
7-Contact new employees and prepare on boarding sessions.
8-Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
9-Analyze employees KPI and performance.

Job Requirement
1-V.Good command of both written and spoken English.
2-Excellent communication skills.
3-Minimum 6 Months experience in the same field.

Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
